A welcome escape from the daily grind,
A time when work is left behind,
And one has the chance to go away
And just enjoy every hour of the day.
No need to rush to get in on time,
And getting up late is for once not a crime;
No hassled commute in an over-packed train –
Both in the morning and then home again;
No need to rush to ensure the work’s done,
Instead if one wants to, just laze in the sun;
A time to relax, keeping stress levels low,
Even ignoring how fast time will go.
