Can be alone, and dream away,
A space where they're completely free,
And can withdraw to simply be.
A place where there is nothing stacked
With which they need to interact,
Whether it's people at their side,
Especially those they can't abide,
Or work that simply must be done,
Or memories they cannot shun.
In everyone there is a need
For time in which their souls can feed
On peace and quiet, and be refreshed,
A window where they're unenmeshed
With all the stress that life entails,
The stress which most today assails.
