Two Choices

Donald or Hillary?  Soon we will know

Which way the US election will go;

Two people so different, ideas far apart,

Comparing the pair, just where does one start?

Whoever’s elected will leave a big mark

Throughout the whole world, though we’re still in the dark

As to just what that mark will eventually be,

For the future is something that no-one can see.

All we can go by is what they now say,

And views can change greatly as time moves away

From present conditions to ones no-one thought

Would ever occur, and which no-one had sought.

So we’ll have to wait and see what is in store,

As people have done at elections before.
