Delightful smells drift through the air
Precursing some delicious fare,
Which currently is being prepared;
Naught ready-made can be compared
To dishes that are all home-made,
With fresh ingredients, without the aid
Of additives of any sort,
Which come in every food that's bought.
One can be sure with home-made food
Whether baked or fried or stewed,
The quality won't be in doubt,
With things that aren't quite right thrown out.
Home cooking may take time, et's true,
But it's more delicious and cheaper too.
