Yet again there was no snow for Christmas,
On the ground not a smidgeon of white,
The leaves on the trees were unladen
So again weren't a Christmassy sight.
Instead just the current mild weather,
With maybe a few drops of rain;
Let's hope that perhaps there'll be next year
A snowy white Christmas again.
