The Council's Saving Money

The Council's saving money so the street lights now are dim,
Which makes our long road dark and in the winter rather grim;
The rubbish isn't collected twice a week as 'twas before,
But only on a single day when there is so much more.
No skips appear at all thee days so everyone is faced
With problems getting rid of all unwanted larger waste;
The street's not swept as regularly as happened in the past,
There's lots of litter lying round when it is cleaned at last.
They say we're very luck getting anything at all,
But I wonder how much waste occurs within our nice Town Hall.
